  • 会员2635：我们一家看导航显示坐公交车下车后要走8分钟，想着不赶时间就没打的，结果发现进了西溪湿地公园大门就是石板路了，行李箱很难拉，后悔没打的到酒店门口，路上没灯黑乎乎的，好在酒店指示牌还算明显。入住后看见酒店给的早餐真的很失望，虽然之前看了评论知道酒店餐厅还不开放，可是两个小面包一瓶牛奶这样的早餐也太简陋了吧，根本吃不饱啊，如果是房费本来就不含早餐，酒店送的这些倒无所谓，可我们的房费是包含早餐的啊，有点太寒掺了！问酒店前台网上写的入住小礼品是什么，前台大叔表示不存在这个东西，当时挺不爽的，没有就不要在网上乱写嘛，后来问了白天的前台小妹，给我们找到了小礼品，特别表扬一下这个小妹，态度非常好。酒店的环境很好，设施有些陈旧，卫生一般，一家人住独栋感觉还算不错。另外就是住这里去西溪非常方便。
